Refund policy
Returns Policy Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt, where goods are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging with our tag attached. For returns under your right to cancel (see below), you are responsible for the cost of postage and the safe, undamaged return of the product to Giadé Clothing Ltd. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you should notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return and/or replacement. You are responsible for the cost of postage and the safe, undamaged return of the product. Upon satisfactory inspection that this product is damaged or defective, you will be offered a replacement and refunded the cost of the return postage using the same payment method on your order. Should you not wish for a replacement product, Giadé Clothing Ltd will refund your original purchase cost, postage cost if applicable and full return postage cost. Refunds made will be confirmed via email and should be in your account within 7 days of processing. Please note we cannot guarantee these times as processing times vary and do not include weekends or public holidays.
